DSST Official Test Preparation Guide - this is a large file containing information and practice tests for several different exams, including Personal Finance.

Money Skill Financial Literacy Course - (requires registration).
Financial Literacy - online personal finance course (requires registration).
PASS Consumer Mathematics textbook - teacher's guide, followed by a student workbook.
Business and Personal Finance - textbook companion site, but can be used alone.
Personal Finance: Turning Money into Wealth - additional textbook site.
