Start with the Harvard extension course and by completing the online courses and the "Computer basics" and "Computer lessons" studies. If you are interested in learning web-building languages, continue on by completing the tutorials at the W3Schools. (Note: If you are considering a career in website creation, you might be interested in taking the official W3Schools exams - for a fee - to earn your certification.) There are numerous lessons at the W3Schools. If you are not planning to take the CLEP or DSST test, you may choose to concentrate on covering all the W3School courses as your semester class.
