This is really two courses in one: a web-building course and a CLEP/DSST prep course for the Information Systems and Computer Applications (CLEP) or the Introduction to Computing (DSST) exams. Use the courses/resource links listed above or choose one or more of Saylor's computer courses. If you are interested in learning web-building languages, continue on by completing the tutorials at the W3Schools.
